Christmas Lunch Menu 2017

Chicken liver pate, festive chutney, oatcakes & salad

Crispy ham hock bon bons with crushed neep and spiced apple puree

Poached and smoked salmon tian with horseradish mayonnaise and lime oil

Baked Camembert studded with rosemary & garlic served with onion chutney & toast

Turkey breast wrapped in Parma ham served with buttered mash and festive trimmings

Roast rump of lamb served on a chorizo & bean casserole with a Stornoway black pudding bon bon

Braised ‘Steak Au Poivre’ with creamy mash and parsnip crisps

Fillet of sea bream with sautéed potatoes and creamed smoked bacon & peas

Spiced ratatouille tart tatin finished with goats cheese and pesto
